We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Personnel to expand Fixin Corporation’s presence in North Bengal. The role involves promoting our school consultancy, affiliation services, and IT solutions to educational institutions and building long-term client relationships.

Identify and approach schools, coaching centres, and educational institutions
Promote Fixin Corporation’s consultancy and IT services
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
Coordinate with consultants and technical teams
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Minimum graduate (Any discipline)
Experience in sales, marketing, or education sector preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel within North Bengal region
Basic knowledge of school boards, portals, or education systems is an advantage
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
Knowledge of Bengali, Hindi, and English preferred
